Gerard joined BCA in 2026 as an Extended Care Leader. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Arts at Redeemer University, studying History and Psychology with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies. He also has previous experience working with students as a substitute teacher. His love of history and interest in working with young people have led him toward pursuing a future career in education.
 
Gerard enjoys getting to know students and helping create an Extended Care environment where they can relax, have fun, and spend time with their friends after the school day. He values building positive relationships with students and helping make Extended Care an enjoyable part of their day.
 
Outside of BCA, Gerard enjoys travelling, hiking, learning about history, and exploring new places and cultures.
